Ever since Michael aka dj Splann was a child, his love for music has transcended all of his passions and pursuits. He has been entertaining at private events before he had a driver’s license and attributes his love for the entertainment industry to the musical influences he was exposed to while growing up.

Michael knows his music. Music has been a major part of his life since he was a kid and he is well versed in everything from the 1940’s to the current radio hits of today. This overlapping of musical knowledge across generations and genres makes him a great choice for any party of diverse age groups.

Over the past 5 years, Michael has expanded his talent & reputation of packing dance floors across the Capital District. While attending Providence college, Michael performed regularly within Rhode Island’s club scene (Colosseum, Mezzo Lounge & Whiskey Republic) and could also be heard on Providence’s WDOM 91.3 FM for Throwback Thursday’s.
